Introduction

I am drawn to the deeper layers that shape who we are - patterns, core beliefs and emotional experiences that influence how we relate to ourselves and others. When growth stagnates, people often feel stuck, self-critical, overwhelmed, or caught in repeating patterns. 

My work focuses on identifying what blocks that movement forward. This may involve unprocessed trauma, internal conflicts, relational patterns, limiting beliefs, or personality traints that once protected you but now hold you back. 

Therapy with me is collaborative, reflective, and active. Insight is important, but so is translating that understanding into meaningful change - helping you move forward in a way that feels more aligned and authentic. While I am trained in CBT, my strength lies in depth-oriented approaches. As a native English speaker, sessions are primarily offered in English, though sessions in Dutch are also possible.
