As a psychosocial therapist, systemic family coach, video home trainer and trainer, I work in an integrative and experiential way. I look at all parts of a person and their context: emotions, thoughts, behaviour, the body, and the relationships and systems people are part of. These elements are connected and influence both the difficulties someone experiences and the movement toward change. Therefore, I focus on the whole person rather than on symptoms alone.
