Introduction

The cause is often something you've been doing your entire life without thinking about it: breathing.
A dysfunctional breathing pattern keeps your nervous system in constant survival mode. It causes anxiety, panic attacks, chest tightness, sleep problems — and the feeling that you've lost control over your own body. Without realising it, your breathing is sabotaging your daily life.
With breathing therapy we tackle exactly that. Using measurement equipment we make your breathing visible — you see precisely what is happening in your body and what effect each exercise has. No guesswork, just measurement. Many clients feel significantly calmer after the very first session.
Alongside breathing therapy, I work with stress therapy for those stuck in patterns, and with VR therapy for young people from age 16 who want to work on anxiety, self-confidence and loneliness safely and anonymously as an avatar.

About me
Thirteen years ago I closed my career in the banking sector — not because I had to, but because I knew firsthand what it feels like when stress takes over your life. I wanted to enjoy life again. The small things. The people I love. That desire shaped me into the therapist I am today.
Since then I have trained as a Wellness Specialist, Breathing Coach, Breathing Therapist and Burn-out Coach — and every day I work with people who are looking for the same thing I once was: to regain control of their lives.
