A life change experience lead to my passion to help people in a variety of mental and emotional struggles towards growth, grip & change. Everyone needs some help sometimes in 'having a good conversation with yourself.'

When I lost 90% of my eyesight due to a hereditairy disease my career path changed.

The help I got from my loved ones, coaches and therapists in getting my life back together ignited the passion to 'pay it forward.'

Now 15 years later I have been devoting the last decade to helping people with a variety of mental and emotional struggles with (executive/team)coaching, psychotherapy & relational counselling.

I am an open, empathic & curious human being who can help you explore, recognize & tackle the problems you are facing. My clients describe me as 'compassionatly confronting.'

How it works

As a professional I believe that coaching or therapy is tailor made. In a first session we gather what's going on, what your struggles are and how you feel think and behave in relation to those struggles. After that we can pinpoint what the first steps are and what your actionplan will be. I don't sell therapy or coaching packages, you get what you need.

How I work

I work with different styles of coaching and therapy depending on what the situation needs. Examples are: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Positive Psychology, Motivational Interviewing, EMDR, Hypnosis, Visualization, EFT, RET, and many more.

Coaching & therapy have proven themselves to be just as effective online. We all had to face virtual work in the last years.

I have hosted countless coaching and therapy sessions in which the feedback of my clients has been very positive. Most of them were surprised of the power of an online session and this surpassed their expectations.

All online sessions are hosted via ZOOM or by telephone.
