The first and most important step in finding a good therapist is to experience that you are safe. We will work on the subjects that you choose, at your moment and in your pace. No forcing, stretching, or suffering, but a light, gentle, respectful, and very effective approach.

My name is Gerda and I'm interested in how body and mind work together for years. As everybody is unique, I work with the methods most suitable for you. We all run into problems every day. Some are easier to resolve or deal with than others, but no matter where an experience is on the continuum from mildly problematic to traumatic, there is a way back to regulation if we understand how the nervous system works. As we learn to become friends with our nervous system and anchor ourselves in a safe state of the autonomic nervous system, the inevitable challenges in our daily lives are no longer nearly as terrifying. We discover we can recover even from traumatic events.

Since 2015, I am a psychotherapist and hypnotherapist. I do EMDR therapy, breathing therapy and also Access Bars. Before I became a therapist I worked in medical science as a research technician. Here I developed my analytical skills as well as my English skills. (I lived 6 months in Canberra, Australia and 2 years in Toronto, Canada.)

My name is Karin. I am trained as a Social Psychiatric Nurse and have a lot of experience in mental health care. In addition, I have done various refresher courses, such as body-oriented work, EMDR therapy, meditation, mindfulness, compassion training, relationship therapy, NLP and hypnotherapy. I am also a stress prevention and burnout coach.
