I am fully certified to offer a range of selected experiential interventions such as Mindfulness, Trance, Hypnoses and Brainspotting during individual therapy sessions.

I am Barbara, a registered psychologist (NIP), coach, and sleep & balance expert. Specialized in: Sleep problems, Stress-related issues, Burnout, Menopausal symptoms, Low self-esteem, Feeling out of sorts, Repeating patterns, Workplace problems, Walk coaching, Outdoor sessions, Stress, Anxiety, and overthinking.

You are welcome for individual therapy and/or coaching with me, either inside the office or walking in the forest.

My practice is located in Den Dolder, centrally positioned between Bilthoven, Zeist and Soest

In my work I provide a safe but challenging therapeutic environment in which awareness and empowerment are central. My role is supportive, reflective, I help you by looking at your situation with different eyes.
