You can come at a point in your life where you feel 'stuck'. Because of work, health challenges, relationship issues or other problems. As a psychologist I can help you to get connected again to yourself, so you can experience support and balance and live a full life again.

Methodologies I use are Acceptance & Commitment therapy (ACT) and EMDR. These are helpful with problems such as stress issues, physical problems, anxiety, burn-out, relationship problems, seeking purpose, grief, low self-esteem, etc.

I am a integrative therapist/psychologist. I think life can be hard (sometimes). Therapy or counselling can help you to get unstuck.

In my coaching practice I guide you through the process in your own pace, doing research together in what it is that is holding you back, bothering you, troubling you or what is is you actually want. There are a lot of methods and techniques and I use a lot of them. But I never do the same thing twice...because every person, situation and moment ask for a different approach. Hi! If you're an expat/international, and are struggling with your mental health, then you're welcome at my practice in Leiden! I am an international psychologist (Indian) and having been through the struggles that most expats face, I am able to empathise with those themes. My basis lies in the client-centered approach (holding genuineness, empathy and unconditional positive regard at its core). Building on that I use CBT, Schema Therapy and ACT. I offer individual therapy and relationship therapy in English and Hindi.
