The first and most important step in finding a good therapist is to experience that you are safe. We will work on the subjects that you choose, at your moment and in your pace. No forcing, stretching, or suffering, but a light, gentle, respectful, and very effective approach.

Sessions are available with or without hypnosis - you can choose - and in Arnhem or online.

Thoughts, feelings and behavior are often expressed on an unconscious level; when you become aware of what you think, feel and do, you are (also) able to change it. In other words, once it rises to the surface, you can change it!

After studying Psychology (2004) at the Vrije Universiteit, I followed a postdoctoral course in Gestalt Psychology and a master's degree in Solution-Focused Psychology.

We all run into problems every day. Some are easier to resolve or deal with than others, but no matter where an experience is on the continuum from mildly problematic to traumatic, there is a way back to regulation if we understand how the nervous system works. As we learn to become friends with our nervous system and anchor ourselves in a safe state of the autonomic nervous system, the inevitable challenges in our daily lives are no longer nearly as terrifying. We discover we can recover even from traumatic events.
