I am a psychologist (NIP) and ACT therapist based in Groningen. I help internationals and Dutch clients manage stress, anxiety, burnout, and life transitions. My approach combines evidence-based methods and a holistic perspective: normalizing stress, breaking rigid patterns, and using mindfulness to build resilience and reconnect with personal values.

I specialize in Strategic Coaching and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) I also work with CBT-protocols, mindfulness, and body-oriented methods. I have extensive experience with giftedness and issues related to high ability/sensitivity.
I live and work in Groningen, am a mother of four, and in addition to my coachingwork, I'm also a practicing medical doctor

I specialise in "addiction" (substance abuse, gambling, unhealthy phone/social media use), bulimia (binge eating) and AD(H)D. I also work with any combination of these, and with underlying issues such as depression, mood swings, anxiety, negative self-image, relationship problems, communication and much more.
