The first and most important step in finding a good therapist is to experience that you are safe. We will work on the subjects that you choose, at your moment and in your pace. No forcing, stretching, or suffering, but a light, gentle, respectful, and very effective approach.

Sessions are available with or without hypnosis - you can choose - and in Arnhem or online.

Being an experienced therapist, I offer psychotherapy in Nijmegen (also in French). I will help you to deal with your complaint(s) and regain control over your life. Currently no waiting list.

I pay attention to you as a developing human being. I strive for you to live your life as fully as possible, as powerfully as possible - given your values and talents.

My name is Jacqueline. I'm a registered psychologist, therapist and coach in Nijmegen.

I offer short-term person-centered, experiential and solution focused therapy and coaching for a variety of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, low self esteem, burnout or stress.

Every person experiences times in his or her life when things are going not so well. Times of fear, uncertainty or sadness. Dissatisfaction about yourself or contact with others, suffering from old patterns or unprocessed feelings. Sometimes you keep postponing decisions or something happens that turns your life upside down.
This can manifest itself in emotional and physical complaints.

These times are part of a human life. They help you to slow down, evaluate and work to move forward differently but in a better way.

You take the biggest steps in life when you feel it's a necessity. You get stuck, something impactful happens to you or you end up in a crisis for some other reason.
