My experience as a counselling psychologist has made me understand that; "there is no right way to see and experience the world". This is why I employ integrative strategies with specialisation in multicultural counselling and psychology.

I am a integrative therapist/psychologist. I think life can be hard (sometimes). Therapy or counselling can help you to get unstuck.

I specialise in "addiction" (substance abuse, gambling, unhealthy phone/social media use), bulimia (binge eating) and AD(H)D. I also work with any combination of these, and with underlying issues such as depression, mood swings, anxiety, negative self-image, relationship problems, communication and much more.

Are you an english speaking person, juggling with the stress of life? Feeling unbalanced, stressed, easily triggered? Maybe there are cultural issues bothering you.
