Introduction
I am a registered psychotherapist and the last years I have been working with expats in different mental health organisations in the Netherlands. Therapy is possible in Greek, English and Dutch.
Adjustment and integration into a new country can be challenging, especially if someone is dealing with past unresolved issues. If you feel stagnated in life, it might be an indication that you need to find a new balance.
Through a therapeutic process you can get helped to transform psychological pain into psychic growth. Along with the reduction of (sometimes long lasting) symptoms your resilience can be increased and your personality can furhter develop.

Online therapy
Online therapy is possibleIt is preferable to have the sessions at the office.If that is not possible, online sessions can be provided. However two or more face to face sessions are necessary to see which is the most suitable therapy setting for you (mixed face to face and online, only online or only face to face)..

Fees
Psychotherapy is (fully or partially) covered by the insurance companies.In 2025 and 2026 Resynthesis practice will have contracts with Zorg en Zekerheid, DSW, Stad Holland and ASR.
